Identity Information You Need to Know
We do not provide any personal information regarding your mortgage or other loans you may have with us to any other company. You may receive calls regarding details of your mortgage. This information may have been obtained from public records and maybe used as a sales call or to gain additional personal information.

We have recently learned of a phishing scam that uses WESTERN UNION.COM and fraudulent emails. The reported cases have involved a fraudulent email that appears to be sent from the cardholder's financial institution that instructs recipient to complete a survey to receive $50. We do not email our members asking for any personal information or to complete any type of surveys. Please contact our office if you have any questions.

Tips for Safeguarding your identity:
Check your credit report a minimum of twice per year
Subscribe to a credit alert service
Shred all personal documents before disposing
Don’t leave incoming mail overnight in the mailbox
Deposit outgoing mail at the post office
Don’t leave personal information in your vehicle
Don’t provide personal information over the phone unless you initiate the call
Don’t provide personal information over the computer |
